Dr. Kwon completed a Ph.D. degree in educational psychology and educational technology from Texas A&M University. She is certified as a Training and Development Professional, a certification program of the International Society for Performance Improvement, and the American Society for Training and Development. She is a certified e-Learning Specialist who completed the Applying the QM Rubric (APPQMR) workshop sponsored by Quality Matters (QM). 

In her experienced profession, she provides instructional development services, consultation of E-Learning & Training program, grant projects, and academy lectures at  various institutions.  

Her recent works are developing online training modules for the Hazardous Waste Worker (HWWTP) and Hazmat Disaster Preparedness Training Programs (HDPTP) at the University of Texas Health Science Center | The School of Public Health, Houston, TX. 

 
Dr. Kwon received an MBA Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. She recently earned an MBA degree at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. She will serve and provide MBA marketing business and consultation services in the future.
